Technology Innovation Presentation
My course project was to analyze an existing organization, identify its challenges and the resulting learning needs, determine a technology innovation that could improve the organizational weakness, and develop a presentation that highlights my recommendation and rationale.

Project Overview
This assignment required selecting an organization with which I am familiar and recommending a technology innovation to address its learning needs. The objective was to analyze the organization's structure, culture, and challenges, identify a specific learning need, and propose a technological innovation that would provide a solution to the identified learning needs of the organization.
To complete this assignment, I chose the organization Howard Brown Health. Howard Brown Health is a nonprofit healthcare provider dedicated to providing affirming and high-quality healthcare to LGBTQ+ individuals and those living with HIV/AIDS.
Chosen Organization
Through my research, I uncovered several challenges that Howard Brown Health faces that impact its efficiency and workforce engagement:
Financial Challenges: Budget shortfalls due to funding reductions and increasing costs
Labor Relations Issues: Workforce reductions and strained relations with unionized employees
Operational Challenges: Inefficiencies in onboarding, training, and compliance tracking leading to inconsistencies in service delivery
Identified Needs
I selected Articulate Rise 360 Microlearning as the technology innovation. Articulate 360 is an eLearning platform that provides interactive, engaging, and accessible training.
My reasoning for this selection is the flexibility of the platform. It will help Howard Brown Health address financial constraints by reducing training costs, enhancing workforce engagement through interactive learning, and streamlining onboarding and compliance tracking.

Process
To complete this assignment, I first outlined the organization, analyzed its current challenges, and identified a solution. After researching and gathering information to create my presentation, I planned the flow of information, what I wanted to include, and how to present information. Once I had the layout finalized, I started creating the final slides on Adobe Captivate. I aimed to ensure that this presentation provided in-depth reasoning for my recommendations and included proven success stories from other organizations. I incorporated various interactive components and design techniques to make it visually appealing and in line with the course parameters.
After the slides were completed on Adobe Captivate, I started considering how to add narration to my slides. I experimented with several different techniques, including facilitating it myself or using narration software. I ultimately decided to use Narakeet. After I selected the narration software, I developed a script and upload it into to the site in different sections. I downloaded a separate MP3 file for each slide and imported it into my project.
