A large-scale redesign of Chamberlain University’s New Student Orientation, created to provide a clearer and more intuitive experience for students across nine academic programs. The redesigned experience organizes essential information around the student journey, using purposeful content architecture, accessible interactions, and reusable design patterns to help students find and revisit resources when they need them.
The Student Journey: Foundations to Graduation
A 10-month microlearning series designed to strengthen compliance knowledge and decision-making for more than 200 Enrollment Representatives. The series uses interactive scenarios, realistic workplace situations, and focused learning activities to translate complex compliance requirements into practical guidance employees can apply in their day-to-day work.

This training was designed to simplify the Complio experience by turning complex system processes into clear, actionable guidance. Through structured instruction, visual demonstrations, and practical application, learners build the confidence and knowledge needed to navigate the platform and successfully complete required tasks.

I am passionate about Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and design. As the People Development & DEIB Specialist at M1, I created impactful learning experiences, both company wide and tailored to specific teams. I currently serve on the board of the nonprofit Citywide Pride, where I lead marketing initiatives and create visually captivating designs and content to raise awareness.
